UK Delivery

I offer tracked delivery from only £2.95, calculated by the weight of your order. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Most UK orders are dispatched within 1 working day following the date of ordering.

Minimum Order Value: do not have a minimum order value for UK orders. However, baskets under £10 incur a 50p Small Order Charge, due to the set fees deducted per transaction from payment providers. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to cover this charge on smaller value purchases under £10.

As a general rule, and unless otherwise selected at checkout, orders will be sent with the following carriers based on the total package weight. 

Up to 2kg | Royal Mail Tracked

2kg to 5kg | EVRI Tracked

5kg+ | FedEx Tracked

You can get tracked delivery from as little as £2.95 with Royal Mail, using my convenient Letterbox delivery service available for small, flatter items up to 200g!

Royal Mail services are available for orders up to 2kg, with express services also available at additional costs.

FedEx Logo

FedEx offer both Priority and Economy tracked delivery services, from warehouse to door within as little as one day. 

FedEx Tracked services are available for most UK addresses. As a general rule, I will send orders over 2kg with FedEx. Select FedEx Priority for Express Delivery.

Evri Logo

You can get tracked delivery from as little as £5.00 with EVRI, available for parcels up to 5kg on a 2-3 day delivery service.

Please provide a safe location if you select EVRI at checkout, to ensure swift and convenient delivery.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

I always hope to be able to dispatch orders the same day. However, due to physical stock availability in the warehouse please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed and passed over to the relevant carrier.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

On average, using standard delivery services, I aim for all customers to have received their orders within 5 working days following the date of purchase.

Please get in touch before purchasing if you require priority dispatch and delivery so I can make the necessary arrangements to meet your needs. 

DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?

For most UK postcodes you can get FREE DELIVERY when you spend £50 or more! This will automatically apply to your basket when your order qualifies, appearing as a shipping option at checkout. Orders sent using the Free Delivery service are normally sent on an economy 2-3 day delivery service, using tracked services from the likes of Evri, Yodel, Royal Mail and FedEx.

Free delivery applies to orders up to 20kg. For orders over this weight, a heavy order fee will apply based on the total weight of your order. Your first box is free, with subsequent boxes/additional weight being charged as applicable from the carrier.

WHY AM I BEING CHARGED A HEAVY ORDER FEE WHEN I SELECT FREE DELIVERY?

Due to limitations for box weights, free delivery applies to a maximum of one box, weighing up to 20kg.  If the order weighs over this, additional charges apply to ship the order as this will require shipment in multiple boxes. 

FedEx provide a discounted rate for multi-box orders, and that means I can pass this discount on. If you spend over £50, your first box is free saving you £6.95 shipping.  To help to cover charges for additional boxes and heavier orders, the following Heavy Order Fee applies.

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched you should receive a notification from the carrier by email or text, confirming a delivery estimate or further information regarding your delivery.

WHAT DO I DO IF I MISS MY DELIVERY?

In most circumstances, the carrier will attempt to leave the parcel in a safe place for you to locate when you are home, or they will attempt a second delivery on another day. 

Please look out for a notice card through your door to advise you of the carrier’s action.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL IS RETURNED TO YOU?

Depending on the contents of your parcel, you may be entitled to a refund on the products purchased.

For parcels returned to sender through no reason that may be my responsibility, shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order is returned to sender and incurs charges from the carrier, these may be deducted from any refund you may entitled to, with any re-postage charges, if required, being paid by you. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds page for further information.
