Please allow up to 48h for your quote to be sent to you following you getting in touch. If I believe there are alternative options or variations available that may provide better value for money, I will provide comparative quotes alongside your request for you to consider.

USA & Canada – Due to insurance limitations, I am unable to provide product liability alongside any purchases to USA & Canada. This does not prevent you from purchasing, or receiving compensation should the package go missing or become damaged in transit, but does mean you accept liability should there be an issue with, or following, the use of the products purchased.

Delivery can start from as little as £6.95 depending on the items ordered.

Important Information

  • It is your responsibility to ensure any items ordered are suitable for import via your Customs terms and laws.  Failure to do so may result in your order being returned, or disposed of, to which I am not accountable and therefore cannot guarantee any kind of reimbursement. Please make sure you check the suitability of the products you wish to import with your local authorities before purchasing.
  • Due to the number of procedures involved with international shipments, delays may occur while the parcel is in transit or at customs – this is not something I have any control over but may occur particularly during peak periods or for orders containing multiple different items.  I kindly ask for your patience with any long-distance purchases, should any delays occur. Any timeframes provided are estimates only, and tracked services will be offered to provide additional reassurance while your parcel is in transit.
  • Any products classified as, or are visibly and evidently fragile, are purchased at your own risk when being shipped abroad. Due to the continuous handling and movement of international shipments, I am not able to prevent all possibilities from incurring damage to a parcel. I therefore do not hold accountability for any damage incurred to fragile goods in transit, including ceramics, glass and plastic products. They are also not eligible for return or refund, as outlined in my Returns and Refunds information.
  • Export Paperwork will be completed in-house for customs and carrier purposes, as per the parcel contents at the point of dispatch and alongside the purchase invoice. If you are purchasing as a business, please provide your registration number alongside your enquiry so this can be included in the documentation.
  • Returns are unfortunately not accepted for international purchases, and therefore my Returns and Exchange policies do not apply.
  • Duty and taxes for any purchased products are your responsibility, requested by and paid directly to your local authorities. Your purchase is exempt from UK Value Added Tax, and no taxes are included within your purchase from Purely Pet Supplies.
  • All international orders incur a 3% transaction fee based on the Order Total. This covers the administrative paperwork for international shipments as well as additional charges incurred to receive payments from abroad.
