Covid-19 Important Notice

Like many other shop and online retailers, new procedures have had to be imposed, together with changes within the Company. This has meant there are temporary measures that have needed to be implemented, to make sure we meet customer expectation and follow Government guidelines with social distancing and safe practices. We have regrettably had to temporarily reduce our range available on the website. All items will be relisted in due course, but unfortunately at the moment we cannot make all 12,000 items previously available purchasable at this time due to reduced staff resources. This is enabling us to continue providing the same level of service as before, something we pride ourselves on and want to ensure we continue providing.
Extended Dispatch Times (Selected Lines)
A number of products now incur extended dispatch times, as these are no longer stocked in our warehouse and are ordered in as and when a customer purchases. This has enabled us to process orders with the same service level as previous, but with the reduced resources we are currently working with since the COVID-19 pandemic.
Customer Enquiry Response Time
Due to unprecented demand, please allow up to 72 hours of a response via email. Our telephone lines are currently not monitored, and so we urge customers to email to email@example.com or via our Contact Us page for urgent assistance. Please provide order numbers or item SKU’s where applicable to speed up resolution of any issues you may be experiencing.

Hi, I’m Lauren, proud owner of PPS and my gorgeous girl, Bella 💖 She is a Chocolate Labrador, currently aged 10, with the biggest heart, waggiest tail and definately the greediest appetite – along with a million and one allergies! She is one of the best cuddlers and loves a nap any time of the day, but will 100% make it known when it’s time to go for a walk. More often than not, we come home with a new stick too.
Purely Pet Supplies is a small business built to provide pet owners, and their pets, with everything they need, providing a one-stop shop for the very best range of products for dogs, cats, small pets, birds, wild birds, wild animals and fish, with customer service we pride ourselves on and great value for money. We cater for all pets, including those with allergies, with a specially chosen range that helps to keep your pet happy and healthy. After all, we supply the products, they supply the joy.
After being a pet owner for over 10 years and being admittingly obsessed with all aspects of health and wellbeing of animals I want nothing but the very best for your pets, and I hope to be able to supply the products you need at an affordable price and with the best service possible.

As a HUGE pet lover, pet owner and pet obsessed human that I am, I have built up years of knowledge and experience on pets, nutrition, health, wellbeing and more, and have dealt with a range of issues with my own pets over the years. Bella, my chocolate labrador, has over 25 allergies that I have to cater for daily, including many common proteins and environmental things such as grass! Yes, my dog is allergic to grass. WHY?! I have tested SO MANY of the products in my catalogue and pride myself on the fact that I type every single bit of text on this website, researching every product and typing my own product descriptions. It’s basically free petucation (Pet-Education)!
The best way to shine a light on the products I, and my team, have tried, tested and loved, the Paw of Approval highlights the items that we know the most about, and would recommend to our friends and family. They’re the products we, and our pets, love, from hamster and guinea pig items to dog and cat products. If we love it, we have STAMPED IT! Click & Collect
We love our locals! We offer a free Click&Collect service for those in the local West Bridgford/Nottingham area, and those travelling nearby the area throughout the week. Simply select Click & Collect NOTTINGHAM at checkout for the delivery charge to be removed, providing an even better saving with every order! If we’re in your area we may even be able to delivery free of charge – BONUS! We’ll be in touch if this is the case!
